Golden State played great with over 50 wins.. But it was still mediocre as to the power packed Western Conference. Lakers, Hornets, Phoenix, Rockets, Spurs, Utah, Dallas and Denver kicked Golden State from the playoff picture. But with the aeging Spurs, ailing Yao Ming for the Rockets, and the coach D'Antoni's exit from Phoenix, don't you think Golden State could return to the playoffs next year?

Portland Trailblazers almost made the playoffs with young stars Brandon Roy and Marcus Aldridge. With their No. pick Greg Oden joining them next year, won't they be a team to beat?

How about Indiana and Seattle? Seattle has Durant. Indiana's MikeDunleavy continues to improve -- they were only a couple of games from the playoffs in the weak eastern conference.
